Procon Systems Showcases Pioneering Safety and Control Solutions at the 20th ICALEPCS
09 - 10 - 2025Procon Systems successfully participated in the 20th International Conference on Accelerator and Large Experimental Physics Control Systems (ICALEPCS 2025), held from September 20 to 26 in Chicago.
This premier conference, hosted by Argonne National Laboratory, provided a unique opportunity to connect with control system specialists from around the world. During the event, our team engaged with experts from major scientific facilities, including particle accelerators, light sources, and telescopes, exchanging insights on the latest advances in technology, engineering practices, and control systems.
A highlight of the week was our presentation, "Debugging for the Future: The Importance of the Test Platform", at the PLC Based Control Systems Workshop, chaired by Dr. Enrique Blanco from CERN. In this session, we demonstrated how our test platform approach has helped tackle some of the most complex challenges in safety control systems, ensuring the highest level of reliability for critical infrastructure—from particle accelerators to fusion reactors.
This success reinforces our commitment to innovation and opens the door to future collaborations and projects with scientific facilities worldwide.
