Regular: Regular suppliers are those that supply us with material or services more than five times a year, without notable incidents.
Occasional: Those suppliers that provide us with material or services only once a year.
Assigned by the client.
Critical for the service: Those suppliers that have a long delivery time for the material or service (greater than a month).
Continuous assessment
Once a year, the Quality Department, the Purchasing Manager, the Technical Director and General Management meet to update the information on suppliers, reviewing their qualification if necessary.
The continuous evaluation is carried out annually and is applicable to all the company's suppliers defined in the scope of the procedure
