New PVC cleaning robot cell for Skoda

The installation and commissioning of the robot line for PVC cleaning of holes and bolts in the car bodies, is being completed at Procon Systems facilities in Badalona.
The robot line includes two stations, with two Kuka robots and tracks each. Right now the project is in the process optimization phase, and the visit from Skoda is scheduled for mid-June for acceptance. After the customer´s acceptance the line will be dismantled and delivered to Kvasiny Plant (Czech Republic). Start of Production is scheduled for next summer after the plant shutdown.
